Shipping
When selecting a shipping method we want you to save as much as possible on your shipping, If your shipping destination is here in Texas, more often than not FedEx Home delivery will get your shipment to you with an In-Transit Time of 1 day when we get your order turned over to the carrier, there is seldom a need for a 2nd Day Air to get your order fast, in fact some instances 2nd Day Air can cause your delivery to be delayed, due to the FedEx ground trucks only run Monday - Friday, but FedEx Home delivery runs Tuesday - Saturday. The shipping time frame quotes you see given when selecting your shipment method are quotes for In-Transit days, not a guaranteed delivery date, Your order will be shipped based on our days of operation, (ie. if we are closed Tuesday and Wednesday your order may not ship those days, or since FedEx does not pick up Saturday or Sunday that too can cause a delay) if we are in or out of stock, or any other circumstances that may delay getting your order packaged, processed, and turned over to the carrier. We do everything possible to get your order shipped ASAP and out in 1 working day. We do not guarantee date certain delivery, and we do not recommend 2nd Day Air, If you need it that fast call us to be sure we can get it shipped right away, or at least to let us advise the quickest and most economical shipping method to select. We will not refund shipping charges because it didn't get there in time.
ITEM AVAILABILITY and PRICING SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITH-OUT NOTICE
Redrose Texas does not use drop shippers and maintains a physical inventory of the merchandise on this site. If there is an unusual amount of orders on an item it may place us in an out of stock position. In this case we may contact you and ask if you would like for us to back-order the item if it's available with our vendor. We may elect to process your order and ship the product we have in stock and the remainder as the back ordered product becomes available.
Our Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your
order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund within 30
days with the following limitations. The original shipping and handling charges
are not refundable. *You must obtain a return authorization number by Email
Service@RedroseTexas.com or phone call. *Refunds, exchanges, or credits will
only be given within 30 days of the order. *Items must be in the original
packaging and properly re-packaged (folded) or you may incur a re-stocking fee
of 10%. Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be
credited in the same form as the original payment type. *No refunds will be
given after 30 days. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the
original purchase, additional shipping or handling charges may be incurred.
Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address
below, *with the Return Authorization Number on the label. (10/06/2007) *Updated

We will refuse any packages without a return authorization number clearly
indicated on the label.

Defective?
On our items such as Carousel Gumball Machines do not return the item. Contact us with-in 10 days of receipt of the item with a description of the defective part (excludes glass globe) and we will contact the manufacturer for a free replacement part for you or we will provide the contact information so that you can get the free replacement direct from Carousel.
Defective items other than Carousel Gumball Machines you must contact us with-in 5 days of receipt of the item prior to any return via Email Service@RedroseTexas.com or phone (817) 378-9989. If a return approval is given from us, the item must be returned with all original packaging and returned to us. When the item is received by us undamaged, complete and determined it has a defect at our option we will replace the item or issue a refund check for the amount of purchase.
Damaged in Shipment?
If your order is damaged in shipment, Immediately notify the carrier, and Redrose Texas. If your item was shipped US Postal Service it was insured. Take the item, all packing material, and invoice to the Post Office to initiate a claim.
Lost in Shipment or My Order has not arrived?
We currently use several carriers such as FedEx and USPS. We track all shipments from Redrose Texas to insure that your item reaches your ship to address. If you have not received your item in a timely manner contact us and we will provide the tracking information to you. We will also contact the shipper or US Postal Service to locate your order. In all cases thus far the order was located at our customers local Post Office, so if your item shipped USPS contact your local post office first. If your order is lost we will initiate the claim and at our option send a replacement or refund to you.
We do not wholesale or provide information about our product sources.
